- Preparation in advance

Wall inspection: Prioritize load-bearing walls (concrete / solid brick walls) and avoid gypsum boards or hollow bricks.

Bracket selection: Select the corresponding load-bearing level based on the weight of the air conditioning outdoor unit (usually 30-150kg) (with a 20% margin reserved).

- Installation process

Positioning: ≥2.5m above the ground (anti-collision), horizontal spacing ≥15cm (ensuring heat dissipation).

Drilling: Use an impact drill to drill holes, with a depth > the length of the expansion bolt (such as drilling 12mm for M10 bolts).

Fixed bracket: The bolt needs to penetrate the wall, and a spring washer should be installed at the nut end to prevent loosening.

External unit installation: Use bolts to fix the air conditioner to the bracket, ensuring that the center of gravity is centered and avoiding off load.

- Safety regulations

National standard expansion bolts (such as M10 × 100mm) must be used, and plastic expansion pipes are prohibited.

The contact surface between the bracket and the wall needs to be equipped with waterproof rubber pads to prevent rainwater from seeping into the wall.
